KCMC engineers floor systems to span the plan — floor trusses and open-web joists that carry farther with fewer bearing points, and panelized decks that drop in fast. Open webs give the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades clean runs without drilling through solid joists.

Every member is built to a stamped design with consistent depth and camber, so the floor lands flat and quiet. Delivered in sequence with the rest of the package, the floor is one less thing field-cut and one less schedule risk.
