01Engineered Wall Panels
Wood and light-gauge steel wall panels framed on jigs to your plan set — squared, sheathed, and labeled in set order. Delivered just-in-time and stood on the jobsite for repeatable structural consistency, wall-to-wall and unit-to-unit.
02Floor Systems
Floor trusses, open-web joists, and panelized floor decks engineered off-site to span the plan. A flat, quiet, fast-to-set floor with consistent camber and clear chases for mechanicals.
03Roof Trusses
Common, hip, gable, scissor, and attic trusses built off-site to a stamped design, delivered in sequence, and flown into place fast — so the structure is dried-in on schedule.
04Delivery & Set
KCMC doesn't hand you a stack of parts and leave. We truck the components to your site just-in-time and set them with our own crane crews — walls stood and fastened, trusses flown and braced — so your build goes from foundation to dried-in without waiting on a separate framer.
